We at IBRInc believe that you have the right to know the privacy policies of our company and of this internet web site.

IBRInc is committed to data security, and strives to give maximum protection to the applicant/client information entrusted to it.

When you utilize IBRInc, you can expect to be aware of:
what personally identifiable information is collected;
the source of that information;
how the information is obtained;
with whom the information may be shared;
what choices are available to you regarding collection,
   use and distribution of the information;
the security procedures that are in place to protect against loss,
   misuse or alteration of information under IBRInc's control;
how any inaccuracies that there may be in our accumulated and
   stored information can be corrected; and,
the organization collecting and providing the information.

Frequently Asked Questions About Privacy

In order to make it easier to understand IBRInc's privacy policies, the following is presented in a question and answer format.

Q - How does IBRInc use the acquired information?

A - IBRInc uses personally identifiable information only as per request of its valid clients. From these accumulated and requested profiles, IBRInc generates the required reports for submittal to its clients, in written, verbal or online form as required.

Unless our client requests, or expressly gives IBRInc permission to do so, or unless required by law, IBRInc does not willfully use or disclose personally identifiable information without notification.

IBRInc may utilize aggregated statistical information about the use of this IBRInc internet web site in any way that it sees appropriate. Even in this case, however, individual users' personally identifiable information is not disclosed. Never are names, addresses, or phone numbers of individuals or companies stored or viewed in any way.

Q - How do IBRInc's participating insurance companies and other clients use the information provided by IBRInc?

A - Each of the clients of IBRInc use the information provided to them by
their applicants and their clients as they may deem appropriate. When the
information gathered by IBRInc is delivered to the client, then of
course, IBRInc can not know or be held accountable for its use, or its
security. Likewise, each of our clients may use the information provided
to them by IBRInc as they may deem appropriate. The complete and only
task of IBRInc is to provide, within reasonable limits, and from the
information provided to IBRInc, with an accurate fulfillment of that
request within the limits of applicable laws and statutes.

We are always aware of varying needs from company to company.

Personally identifiable information including, in part, name, address,
Social Security number, and date of birth, is collected as part of the
process of requesting a report. We use this personally identifiable
information in combination with other information provided and with
information accumulated in forming the body of the requested report.

Where permitted by law, personally identifiable information may also be
used to request a credit report or claims history from a third party, or
to verify other information provided.

Q - When does IBRInc send information to a Client?

A - Information requested is provided to the client as requested within
the time as specified in the original order. Normally, IBRInc observes a
Three (3) business day turn around guarantee that is valid, unless
otherwise mutually agreed. In any case, this information is transmitted
only at the direction of the client, in the manner specified.

Q - How do I access the requested reports?

A -The requested report may be retrieved as agreed upon at the time of
the order by e-mail, fax, any express/overnight carrier, U.S. Mail,
retrieval from our secure and/or private servers, or by voice.

Each of the above enumerated methods have their own inherent privacy
flaws, and potential for security problems. In any regard, IBRInc is
responsible for the provided information only while it is in our total
and exclusive control.

Q - After I request information from IBRInc, who will contact me?

A - When you request contact or information from us, our representative
will contact you regarding your request. You will only be contacted by
IBRInc if you have specifically requested it, and have provided the means
to do so.

In addition, IBRInc may, on an infrequent basis, e-mail a quality control
survey. It may be filled out at your leisure, and is to be done when and
if you wish to do so.

Q - Does IBRInc sell my information to other companies?

A - No. IBRInc never resells, trades, leases or rents any client
information or personally identifiable information, or any other
information of any nature.

Q - Does IBRInc store information?

A - Yes. All information submitted to IBRInc, and finished report data,
is stored on our servers, and on and in our backup logs and/or stored in
a secure location on premises. IBRInc does not use any information except
to process valid requests, that is, to provide reports to valid and
accredited clients, or with the client's permission, to transmit it to a
location upon your request as specified; and, to retain in our database
to make it convenient for reuse upon repeat application request.

Q - Does IBRInc allow the information in its files to be amended?

A - Yes. Any information that you provide can be changed at any time. The
right to review and correct information obtained from third parties, such
as credit reports, is subject to a variety of federal and state laws.
IBRInc, upon receipt of a U. S. P. S. Certified Mail request, will
disclose information, within the limits and guidelines of the law, and
amend our files based upon valid and accurate information received from
commonly used agencies.

Q - How does IBRInc protect information as it passes over the Internet?

A - At this time there is no extraordinary protection, other than
Commercial PGP encryption. This encryption technique is used industry
wide, and by agencies of the government to protect data. Its use makes it
exceedingly difficult for others to view your information. IBRInc
recommends PGP protection.

There is a small additional fee for PGP encryption of a report.
