American Institute for CPCU and IIA (AICPU-IIA)
The American Institute for CPCU and
Insurance Institute of America are nonprofit organizations offering education,
certification, publications, and research reports to businesses and individuals in risk
management and property and liability insurance.

The American
Council of Life Insurance (ACLI)
The American Council of Life Insurance, Inc is a national trade association representing the interests of legal
reserve life insurance companies conducting business in the United States. The Council
represents their member companies in legislative, regulatory and judicial matters at the
federal, state and municipal levels of government, and before the NAIC. Their mission is
to provide a unified association to advance the interests of the life insurance industry.

The Society
of Insurance Licensing Administrators (SILA)
The purpose of the Society of Insurance Licensing Administrators is to bring together
licensing experts whose occupations encompass all aspects of licensing, including the
licensing of agents, agencies, adjusters, brokers, companies, producers, securities
dealers, and third party administrators; and such auxiliary occupations as administration,
regulation, testing, education, publishing and reporting as related to the insurance
industry for the further industry excellence.

Accounting and Systems Association (IASA)

The Insurance Accounting and Systems Association, Inc., is the world's largest
member-company insurance organization. IASA serves health care, life, property and
casualty and reinsurance companies. It promotes the study and development of modern
practices and procedures applicable to insurance accounting and systems.

National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU)
The National Association of Life Underwriters is a federation of state and local
associations representing 104,000 sales professionals in life and health insurance and
other related financial services. Its purpose is to sustain and improve the business
environment for those engaged in the life and health insurance profession and to enhance
the professional skills of agents.

The National
Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB)
The National Insurance Crime Bureau is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to
combating insurance related crime. Formed by the 1992 merger of the Insurance Crime
Prevention Institute and the National Automobile Theft Bureau. Services provided are:
Investigative Services, Public Affairs, Government Affairs and Training. NICB agents work
with law enforcement to identify, investigate and prosecute corrupt professionals and
repeat offenders.

Insurance Marketplace Standards Association (IMSA)
The Insurance Marketplace Standards Association is a voluntary membership organization
whose purpose is to promote high ethical standards in the sale of individual life
insurance and individual annuity products by its member companies.

The
Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC)
The Federation of Regulatory Counsel, is a nationwide association of attorneys
specialized in the arena of insurance regulatory law. In order to be considered for
membership, an applicant must be a lawyer in good standing, with at least five years of
experience in insurance regulatory law, and must bill more than fifty percent of his or
her time to insurance regulatory matters. Each member is recommended in writing by three
insurance industry executives from unrelated companies who have attested to their skill
and competency.

Marketing Communications Association (IMCA)
The mission of the Insurance Marketing Communications Association is to provide its
members a forum for enhancing their knowledge of marketing and communications techniques
and strategies. This exchange helps it's members attain the highest standards of
professional excellence in serving the information needs of their policyholders,
employees, producers and the general public. The oldest insurance association in North
America, IMCA was founded in 1923 as the Insurance Advertising Conference (IAC).
